A fun, quick, read (which I read over the course of the last few weeks while stealing away snippets of desperately-needed quiet time in the loo). Things the general public say & do are both amazingly awesome AND horrifying (ESP in a retail setting), and this book underlines that point. Hilarious AND pathetic. Definitely a fun read!
