The Transfer: A Divergent Story
I find that in many YA stories, the scenes retold in the male protagonist's POV are infinitely more interesting than the main scenes told in the female protagonist's POV. This remained true for The Transfer, and while it wasn't a retelling of a specific scene from Divergent or Insurgent, it was a strong (albiet short) accompaniment to the overall story arc. Snippets we'd learned about Tobias' in the main books were all connected in this well-written novella adding a nice bit of backstory & insight a much-loved character.
